Original antique Baroque chest of drawers or commode from the 1780s with a curved front. Features stunningly worked original brass handles, key plates and wonderful ornamentations. The body is build out of massive oakwood veneered with luxurious walnut and different fruitwood inlay works. The surface is finished with hand polished shellac lacquer and the top offers a wonderfully grained marble plate. Great antique masterpiece in a perfect restored condition.

A fire-gilt mantel clock from 1850 signed with HRY Marc from Paris. Is in good condition and fully functional. The clock is bronze fire-gilt with a cleanly white dial. On the top of the clock is a representation of a young painter which was very elaborately crested. Many ornamentations cover the piece with floral motifs and curved embellishments. In the base on the left and on the right is a alabaster plate on each side. The clockwork has been cleaned and checked, working perfectly without any flaws. Striking at a half and at a full hour. The key to wind up the piece is available.
