Every piece of inventory is listed with shipping calculated into the pricing. It doesn’t matter if it is an Art Deco sideboard, an antique commode or some modern desk set. Our free shipping service includes the packaging, full transport insurance as well as a front door service freight.

White Glove Delivery

Sometimes it is necessary to have your furniture unpacked and brought into your apartment or house, especially if you buy a large sideboard or antique cabinet. Therefore we can offer a White Glove Service delivery, which includes unpacking, packaging removal, transportation into a room of choice as well as a slight inspection and cleaning of your antique item. Packaging and Insurance for Antique Furniture

It is not worth investing time and money in restoring antiques if we cannot make sure, that international clients receive the furniture without any damage. This is why we put a lot of emphasis on the perfect packaging for minimizing the risk of any damage during the shipment. This is what we do ensure you receive the furniture piece in the same quality it leaves our factory:

  • A flexible film against dust and other air pollutants
  • Velvet cover against the effects of cold and heat (please keep it for future purposes, because velvet is perfect for wrapping painted furniture)
  • Several layers of bubble wrap as a slight bump protection
  • A thick cold foam layer all around the item
  • For each furniture piece, we build a perfectly fitted wooden case for ultimate shock protection
  • The larger furniture pieces and all furniture sold worldwide are always strapped to a pallet. There are at least 5-10 inches of space on each side of the palette. Thus we avoid all impact or scratch damage.

All furniture shipments are automatically insured and get replaced or repaired in case of an accident. That said, we only had two transport damages in the last two years. Our packaging and the careful handling of our carrier partners makea sure your unique items will arrive safely.
